Royalsoft LLC is looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to maintain our internal systems and provide technical support for client automation and IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain internal servers, workstations, and network infrastructure
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients
- Assist with deployment of client automation and IT solutions
- Document IT processes and maintain system security
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
